  • Maintenance of Iress’ privacy policies and other documents on the privacy area of the website

  • Working with the business to complete data privacy impact assessments, maintaining a repository for these assessments and responsibility for ensuring all mitigating actions are completed

  • Conducting appropriate training on privacy related processes - e.g. DPIA, breach reporting

  • Assisting with responding to privacy related questions in client assurance questionnaires and RFP’s

  • Working closely with the legal team and the information security team as required

What you will bring....

  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of data protection laws, guidance and practice

  • Pro-active and commercial approach to providing practical solutions

  • Willingness to develop a sound understanding of Iress solutions, services, operations and infrastructure

  • Ability to balance and prioritise own workload and work independently

  • Displaying a team ethos but with ability to work without supervision when required

  • Flexible, personable and pragmatic approach

  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to build strong working relationship with key stakeholders at all levels of the business and with external stakeholders
