We are looking for a People Partner to join our Service Design & Systems team who will be responsible for delivering process enhancements, including the configuration of Workday, with a focus on maintaining data integrity and automating our people processes to drive efficiency, stop duplication and improve internal customer satisfaction across Iress. You will also work with the other members of the Service Design & Systems team to deliver a people analytics strategy for Iress.
Accountabilities & Deliverables
Deliver process enhancements including the configuration, adoption and full utilisation of Workday across Iress, promoting best practice and self-service (where relevant)
Produce Workday support materials for the People Team and business users
Provide advice and consulting services to the broader people team on Workday best practice, and making them aware of future Workday enhancements that may be relevant to their processes
Working with the wider People Team, develop ‘customer journey maps’ to proactively identify process improvements with an emphasis on automation (through Workday or Slack) and enhancing the employee experience
Responsible for configuration changes to Workday as part of cyclical changes, enhancements to existing processes or new feature implementation including the bi-annual Workday feature release process
Provide second line support for Workday queries escalated from the People Service Desk including complex reporting requirements and critical system issues
Responsible for auditing data within Workday to measure and maintain the integrity of people data
To be successful in this role…
With previous experience in a HR role, you will have an operational knowledge of Workday and be able to demonstrate experience in building custom reports and system configuration within at least one of the following modules - Core HCM, recruitment, reporting, talent and performance, absence and benefits.
You will be data led, an analytical thinker and an effective problem solver. Prior exposure to data auditing and using data to provide insights will be key. The role requires someone with good time management skills with the ability to take ownership of your own workload.
You will have strong stakeholder management skills with proven experience influencing process changes with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including proactively identifying efficiencies and embedding new processes across a team or business area with a focus on employee experience.
