Global Wealth Management Operations
Global Wealth Management Operations supports the JPMorgan Private Bank in JP Morgan’s Asset Management line of business. The Private Bank is the world’s premier service provider for ultra and high net worth individuals. Our goal is to help these affluent individuals across the globe optimize their wealth, after taxes and across generations. Global Wealth Management Operations provides end-to-end support for all aspects of the client experience, working closely with client service, fiduciary, product specialty groups, third party vendors and other internal groups.

Wealth Management Client Operations
The WM Client Operations team sits within the WM Operations organization and is centrally in charge of client onboarding responsibilities in coordination with our bankers and business partners. This involves preparing and quality checking all the necessary documents required for Know-Your-Client (KYC) reviews for both new and existing clients and managing documents received throughout the lifecycle of a client.

WM EMEA Client Operations - Business Sustainment Operations (BSO)

The BSO team is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the EMEA Client Operations team; acting as a central point of coordination and a source of subject matter expertise on business initiatives and for leading the execution of a wide range of strategic initiatives critical to the Onboarding teams.

This role is well suited to a highly motivated individual who possesses strong organizational skills, enjoys solving problems, working in partnership with multiple stakeholders and who thrive in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities (includes below but not limited to)

  • Partner with Client Operations teams to identify key issues/business opportunities and propose efficient and implementable solutions
  • Work in close partnership with teams across the broader Operations organisation to prioritise and deliver on these opportunities
  • Lead assigned projects with a high degree of quality and accuracy
  • Effectively manage scope of projects and the expectation of project stakeholders
  • Act as a subject matter expert and provide strategic guidance to achieve strategic goals
  • Build trust based relationships with stakeholders across the organisation
  • Report status updates to Senior Management
  • Partner with Operations Risk & Control team members to expand the existing current model to a more sustainable one

Qualifications

  • BS/BA Degree or equivalent
  • Extensive experience within a financial services institution, specifically with operational or risk / audit / compliance experience covering KYC/AML
  • Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint)
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • High degree of Risk & Control awareness
  • Competent in data management tools
  • Forward-looking and creative thinker
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including dispute resolution
  • Strong client focus and ability to partner with various internal groups

Experience

  • Product development/product owner/project management, including both production and development
  • Proven track record of medium-large scale project plan monitoring and execution, including stakeholder communications
  • Awareness of Risk Management principles
  • Capable of direct interface with Senior Management / Senior Leadership
  • Able to simultaneously address multiple requirements and tasks
  • Experienced with managing coordination across organizations
