As a senior leader in Software Engineering, you'll combine your years of proven expertise with a never-ending quest to create innovative technology through solid engineering practices. You’ll lead a highly inspired and inquisitive team of technologists who are developing and deploying highly secure and scalable applications, in core banking technology space, using modern, cloud-native technologies. With your deep knowledge of software design, analysis, development, testing, and operations, your will have technology leadership role to build and shape a high-performance team that can reliably meet innovative business and functional requirements, without compromising on non-functional quality requirements of security, scalability, and reliability. Your passion and experience in one or more technology domains will help solve complex and mission-critical problems, internally and externally. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
• Experience building high-throughput, low-latency, distributed applications at scale.
• Mastery of building mission-critical systems in for financial industry
• Command of modern software architecture and design approaches.
• Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
• Keen understanding of financial control and budget management
• Experience building and leading large, diverse teams
• Demonstrated track record of tackling complex projects through collaboration, in large organizations, to achieve organizational goals
