front office as a key partner in seamlessly delivering solutions & trade support functions that reflect the best thinking of the firm to a targeted client base. Investments Middle Office teams take ownership of initiatives, issues and processes aligned to their stakeholder groups in a controlled manner, enabling the business to focus on investment and client-oriented activities, while utilizing the exceptional Client Service principles. Investments Middle office are key drivers of collaboration, sharing ideas, best practices and challenges across operations and the business.

Role Description

The Third Party Custody (TPC) Support team, within the Investments Middle Office, facilitate the management of $4BN of discretionary assets held away with c.25 external custodians for the Private Bank globally, known across the industry as External Asset Management. The team act as first point of contact for Bankers, Investors, Wealth Advisers, Product teams with any queries related to the TPC Business minimum requirements, platform capabilities or preferred stakeholders, coordinate the required Business and Operations approvals, and handhold any new launch with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational readiness. The team support and act as escalation point for all internal operational teams supporting the TPC business, and own the relationship with the Third Party Custodians. The team also act as subject matter expert on any projects related to the TPC Platform.

  • Strong organisational skills, ability to work under pressure, ability to prioritise and adhere to deadlines to meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong risk and control focus, ability to analyse processes and ensure suitable level of controls are in place.
  • Data analysis skills with advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Python, Signavio, Alteryx, Tableau experience a plus.
