Designers in this role are responsible for delivering thoughtful user centered design solutions to business problems and shaping the next generation of our digital tools. Working as a valued member of a multidisciplinary design team, you’ll be involved in complex projects with client impact, collaborating closely with a business, product, and technology professionals.

About the role:

You will…

  • Be responsible for delivering thoughtful user-centred design solutions to complex business problems and shaping the next generation of our digital tools.
  • Delve into the problem-space, gather insights and guide the products’ evolution.
  • Be part of a team with broad design responsibilities and will be required to provide input across capabilities and lines of business
  • Leverage and contribute to design systems such as our pattern and visual design library
  • Design and iterate solutions through wireframes, animations, and prototypes at different levels of fidelity
  • Attend frequent design reviews and project updates where you will be required to present your work and collect feedback.

About you:

You are…

  • Passionate about interaction design and have the ability to articulate the value of the design process in the development of products and services
  • Experienced in delivering design solutions in complex business domains, working closely with Product & Development teams
  • Constantly pushing your limits and searching for opportunities to become better, and comfortable receiving feedback and critique, building on the ideas of others
  • Highly proficient with design tools such as Figma, Sketch & InVision and comfortable designing at different levels of fidelity.
  • A cross disciplined collaborator who values teamwork and can build strong partnerships with business and technology partners
