We are looking for a strong Marketing Manager to join our UK Funds Marketing Team. The role is offered at a VP level but we also encourage senior Associates to apply.

The UK Marketing Team, working closely with the UK Funds business, is responsible for the development and execution of marketing activity, including events, campaigns, digital and offline programmes, to support our offer to clients and prospects in the UK financial market place, including wealth managers, IFAs and investment platforms. Our goal is to be a valuable business partner to the UK financial community, by providing first class information and insights to support clients' investment decisions.

The right candidate for this role will have experience in this industry, be driven and hands-on, with a strong focus on digital first communications and data and analytics.

Main responsibilities

  • Digital and offline marketing programmes delivery: Providing day-to-day support of digital and offline marketing programmes and tactics to acquire new and retain existing customers for our UK products. This incorporates paid media (above and below the line), email communications, websites, events and collateral
  • Reporting and analytics: Perform regular data analytics and provide analysis and reports, including the production of key management reports
  • Distribution strategy: Assist with the research, planning and support the execution of new campaigns through a range of earned, paid and owned media channels, aligning to business objectives
  • Business support: Manage and coordinate updates to websites, key client collateral and content. Ensuring communication processes and content adhere to company/industry standards and compliance regulations
  • Relationship management: Manage relationships with specialist marketing functions and external agencies

The right person for this role will be:

  • Experienced in asset management / financial services or other regulated industry with good working knowledge of the UK funds industry preferred
  • A strong executor who has high levels of initiative and ownership, exceling at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines and to a high standard
  • A clear and confident communicator and collaborator who can build strong relationships with distribution and marketing partners and external agencies
  • Experienced with the whole marketing technology eco-system including CRM, email, web, digital events and reporting
  • Data literate and curious, demonstrating an ability understand, interpret and leverage data to improve marketing effectiveness and link marketing activity to quantifiable business results
