Responsibilities:
- Write high-performance, reusable and scalable code and libraries for front-end web applications.
- Create secure and reliable solutions with a proper blend of client-side/server-side code.
- Adopt “Automation-first” approach
- Ability to comprehensively unit test code using libraries like Jest and write features using Cypress/Cucumber.
- Design highly scalable, available and maintainable applications.
- Working with product and technology teams understand the data management system.
- Strong focus on security patterns, keep up-to date with security and proactively identify, diagnose, and solve complex security issues
- Able to troubleshoot complicated, cross browser/platform issues.
- Experience in handling live production incidents, debug/troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues, follow and implement SRE best practices
- Able to conduct performance analysis and suggest improvements to application to improve responsiveness, availability and reliability
- Work closely with backend software engineers and testers to ensure the system is responding properly to non-functional requirements such as performance, security, and availability
Qualifications/Experience:
- We are looking for Front End Developer.
- Proficiency in Typescript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front end technologies like React, Vue and/or Angular.
- Experience in application design using cloud services preferably AWS
- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, Puppeteer, etc.
- Experience in server-side development using Node.js, Java or .NET.
- Experience of data integration using REST, GraphQL and websockets
- Good understanding of data structures, design patterns and algorithms
- Preferable to have experience in other programming languages mainly Python and automation scripting languages
- Working knowledge of cloud automation toolset Terraform, CloudFormation etc. is a bonus
- A proven track record of strategic delivery, effectively resolving challenges to ensure timely delivery and achieve business benefits
- Analytical skills, problem solving, strong critical thinking and decision-making skills based upon fact and business/industry knowledge
- Adept at stakeholder management and demonstrated ability to engage with diverse set of stakeholders
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented, cross-functional environment
