- Reshma Saujani

In this role, you’ll get to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, where demand for the team’s services and expertise is high. As a design team, we delve into the problem-space by leveraging any one of the various technique’s designers have for finding insights that others can’t. And with those insights, we also guide the products’ evolution. To that end, our designers must be part inventor, part craftsman but most of all, makers.

  • Work closely with our design system to contribute and produce pattern libraries, as well as the development and refinement of our visual design languages
  • Work closely with technology teams to ensure that requirements are clearly communicated, agreed and implemented as specified

About you:

  • Complex Problems: Experience in complex problem spaces and environment like enterprise applications (e.g. Oracle, Salesforce, ADP), management consulting (McKinsey, Accenture, EY) or financial services (B2B – e.g. Goldman, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, not consumer / retail bank)
  • Cross Discipline Collaboration: Experience working with design teams, collaborating across disciplines (Product Design, Visual Design, Research) and across areas with Tech and Product partners with distributed teams
  • Commercial Knowledge: curious and resourceful and with that, able to learn and operate within the complex business domains of the company
  • Client centric focus – drive client centric thinking and design processes, delivering improved measurable client outcomes into production.
  • Leadership and Accountability: coach and lead individuals and teams while assuming accountability for your area of focus

Our promise. You’ll:

  • Be a part of a world class design team

  • Be a hero to our designers as you promote a positive design-centric culture
  • Participate in training and professional development to advance your career development
