Primary responsibilities:

  • Produce content including reporting for senior business reviews and management meetings. Ensure appropriate awareness of deadlines within the team, consolidate feedback and responsible for timely finalisation of reports
  • Responsible for providing hands-on support to the Head of CPD EMEA in delivering on WLS strategic initiatives including (but not limited to) WLS Continuous Improvement and Transformation
  • Work with Transactional Specialists in the team to help ensure annual reviews of Operating Procedures are kicked off and completed on time
  • Support on the book of work for Technology enhancements for team
  • Partner with WLS Controls & BCO organization to help ensure the correct framework of controls are in place across the business, and relevant with a changing environment

Key Skills:

  • Experience working with and manipulate large quantities of data to produce accurate, error-free analysis and reporting; problem solving and analytical capabilities
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc), Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; ability to present updates, requests, ideas and other communication in a professional, clear and concise manner
  • Good organization skills, and ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines, including strong prioritization skills
  • Confident, self-starter, assertive and energetic
  • Set high standards of performance for self
  • Able to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment
