Morgan’s Payments organization provides cash management, liquidity, commercial card, FX and escrow solutions to clients across the world. The team is a motivated, forward thinking team with a singular focus of delivering innovative payment services via the most important platforms of today and tomorrow including real-time payments and distributed ledger technology.

In support of the rapidly evolving payments landscape, the Payments Controls Organization is undergoing a transformation and advancing its end to end strategic operating model, bringing together the product, operations and technology controls organizations. Control managers are responsible for partnering with the Payments business to oversee control requirements at the portfolio level and make sure requirements align with product strategy.

The Payments Controls team is seeking an Associate level candidate who will be a member of the Payments Controls Transformation & Strategy team. The Payments Controls Transformation & Strategy team is leading the design and implementation of the strategic end to end operating model, with the mandate to transform the Payments Controls organization into a proactive advisor to the Payments business leveraging data and technology. The Associate candidate will be responsible for working across Payments Controls teams undertaking Business Management responsibilities, for example data analytics, coordinating strategic deliverables, headcount and budget management and departmental messaging. The successful candidate will be expected have a proven history of strategic communications, experience with reporting tools and data analytics, attention to detail, results and quality driven and high standard of programme management skills.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Business Manger you will be responsible for:

  • Co-ordination of strategic deliverables
  • Data analytics
  • Stakeholder Communication across Payments Controls and our business partners
  • Headcount and budget management / forecasting and real estate
  • Departmental messaging, for example achievements and progress against deliverables
  • Strategic planning and project collaboration
  • Management of departmental SharePoint sites

  • Proven programme management and organisational skills with the ability to priorities to meet business deliverables

  • Proficient to a high level in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
