Job Description

The Payments FX Product team in EMEA is responsible for the regional product strategy and day to day product management. The team is accountable for end-to-end delivery excellence, issue resolution, risk mitigation, controls and commercialisation of the FX product suite.

The FX payments landscape is continuing to evolve – clients now demand simple and cost-effective payment methods for complex International payment requirements. Alternate channels like mobile disbursements, International FXACH, wallets etc. are now contributing a significant portion of the overall International payment traffic. Development of alternate channels network (both in-house and through Global Partners) is one of the most important cornerstones of the FX Product team, as we continue to broaden our FX payments product and support our clients.

The Payments FX Product organisation is responsible for scaling and integrating FX payments platforms across the Corporate and Investment Bank and Commercial Banking. We define the product strategy, segment clients and package solutions, determine the end-to-end delivery strategy, manage product launches, and enable the sales teams.

Role Details:

Reporting to a Vice President in the TS FX EMEA Product Management team, the individual would be responsible for:

  • Analyse problems and challenges of global cross-border payments
  • Supporting Sales and Client Management in the identification and realisation of TS FX revenue opportunities
  • Supporting strategic projects, products pipeline, and enhancements
  • Partnership with Operations, Compliance, Change Management, and key internal stakeholders
  • Creating decks for Senior Management and broader JPM audience about key milestones, revenue, projects etc

Key Attributes:

  • Payment’s product experience from a global financial institution or FinTech a plus
  • FX knowledge
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrates strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiar with design thinking methodology
  • Ability to work with multiple regional stakeholders
