The Technology Governance, Risk and Controls (GRC) Team within Cyber Technology and Controls (CTC) aims to ensure JPMC technology is secure through making it easy for engineers to meet JPMC control objectives. We aim to do this through automation and simplification of control related processes to reduce friction and mitigate risk.

Finding and Response Management (FARM) is CTC's Risk Treatment product. We provide services and end user products for control teams and users to manage findings and respond to any non-compliance for our technology stack based upon the firmwide control standards.

The role

Product Delivery and Execution Manager for the Risk Treatment Product team. This role will see you work in partnership with the platform's product owner to manage the delivery of enhancements across a number of key products/engineering teams. The role will require you to manage an end to end process for the coordination of stakeholders for the product. This would include, producing training for end users on the product, ensuring documentation is kept current and identifying how to improve the user experience of our toolset via customer feedback based upon appropriate listening channels and collaboration with our embedded User Experience (UX) team. The successful candidate will also need to design, develop and manage a new cross co-ordination workflow across the GRC Product and Service organisation, to ensure all the department products and processes are in sync and delivering first class solutions to our customers.

Working at the intersection of business and technology, you'll interact with colleagues in various lines of businesses to learn about challenges and opportunities, translate those into requirements for the engineering team, manage and prioritize the product backlog and help deliver high quality solutions aligned with our strategic direction.

While your role requires technological skills – including expertise in everything from data management to functional design – it also hinges on teamwork, organization, and leadership.

This role requires a wide range of strengths and capabilities, including:

    • Excellent communication both written and verbal, strong stakeholder management with ability to influence outcomes
    • Be self-driven, inquisitive and excited to learn new things and influence wide range of stakeholders
    • Passionate about user experience, ability to think critically and challenge ideas in order to benefit the end user
    • Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.
    • Proven ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
    • Proven ability to effectively work with software developers to set requirements and review technology architecture
    • Understanding of the software development Lifecycle and the agile development process
