An exciting program delivery opportunity has become available in the Interaction Management Program within Payments Operations Transformation.

The Interaction Management Program consists of a portfolio of initiatives aimed at transforming and delivering better ways of working for Digital and Platform Services Operations when they interact with each other and with their clients. The Interaction Management team is a dedicated group of Product and Program leads focused on managing a broad product portfolio, including daily operational support of existing products, and initiatives that support the transformation of the operational landscape. As a team we are focused on outcomes, being data driven, learning through experimentation, and collaboration with cross functional teams including Technology, User Experience Researchers & Designers, Data Science, Product Marketing and Operations.

The Interactions Management team aims to improve the Operations user experience through the design, development and delivery of a suite of capabilities that leverage new technologies to address operational needs when managing the resolution of exceptions and enquiries. Delivery of these capabilities will empower users to make process changes, enhance controls, create resource capacity, enable better analytics, and improve the user and client experience.

This is a high-profile program - part of which is one of the Digital and Platform Services top 24 initiatives.

Unity is a case management platform that will provide a suite of capabilities and a feature set that leverages new technologies to address business needs for work management & execution.

The Unity Product Team forms part of the Interaction Management Program and is a dedicated group of Product Managers that are committed to delivering better ways of working for our clients and JPM Operations across the CIB. The Unity Product Team drive the Unity platform delivery for internal customers collaborating with cross functional teams including Technology, User Experience Researchers & Designers, Data Science, Product Marketing and Operations.

Role Description and responsibilities:

The candidate will be part of the Unity Product Team responsible for the delivery of projects across the Unity program.

The core responsibilities of this position include: Coordinating the delivery of changes from requirements EPIC/Story definition through build, automated testing ready for production release.

  • Orchestration of changes through the Agile SDLC
  • Coordination, tracking and report of readiness of changes through Jira.
  • Partner with stakeholders to resolve issues and proactively plan to mitigate issues in the future.
  • Establish working relationships and routinely interface with business stakeholders, technology, subject matter experts (SMEs), Operations, or any other relevant stakeholders
  • Foster an environment where risk/control issues are escalated, and trends are anticipated and identified.
  • Drive the scoping, planning and execution automated Functional and Non-Functional conducted by the Technology QA testing
  • Collaboratively resolve any requirements, defects or other project issues identified during in partnership with the supporting teams.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to formulate observations and recommendations for process improvement, risk mitigation, and improved delivery
  • Support release level resources planning and timelines with cross functional teams within available resources and time constraints.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the Agile delivery process.


  • Project Management and Agile qualifications beneficial


  • Project management and execution: must organize quickly and execute the agenda to meet short-term and longer-term deliverables
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levels.
  • Independent worker, able to manage projects from inception through completion with little guidance
  • Ability to effectively prioritize resources to meet business objectives.
  • Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines and provide effective updates.
  • Strong analytical, time management, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Clearly track and communicate project progress, milestones, road maps and status
  • Identify, understand and escalate project risks
  • Create concise high quality reports and visual presentations
  • Experience in driving meetings forward to achieve the required objective.
  • Excellent working knowledge of JIRA (including dashboards, integration with Confluence)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel to promote data driven decision making.
  • Working knowledge of new product development.
