Department Description

Cross Product Change Services (CPCS) is a change delivery organisation within the CIB’s Digital & Platform Services (D&PS) that provides integrated change, testing and implementation support to CIB stakeholders. CPCS capabilities include end-to-end test management and automation, business analysis, data analytics and program management, which are tailored to enable strategic initiatives in the Wholesale Payments, Markets and Securities Services businesses, as well as cross-business functions such as Network Management and Client Onboarding (Client Tax & WKO).

The candidate will be part of the CPCS COB team, which provides change delivery services to the COB-WKO LOB

LOB Description - Client Onboarding and Documentation(COB)

Client Onboarding and Documentation is responsible for critical client documentation and is comprised of Client Tax Operations, Documentation Management Operations, Wholesale KYC Operations (WKO), and supported by the Client Experience and Firmwide Collateral Transformation and Controls teams. Streamlining, digitization and consumption of client data and documents in a manner that is standardized, scalable, accessible and controlled is a primary goal, especially through the technology platforms used across these services.

Role Description

CPCS is currently looking for an experienced Vice President to join the organization and play an integral role in the build out of the test automation services required for accelerating change program delivery. This role will work in partnership with project managers, technology and testing teams to define, design and build test automation. The successful candidate will join a team focused on change delivery across products and help deliver test automation required for accelerating change program delivery.

Key Skills -Automation Testing & other tools

  • Should have an expertise in Selenium & Cucumber
  • Web UI Automation experience
  • Should be well versed and able to write Java code
  • Complete understanding of UI automation and components
  • Should be familiar with Keyword driven and Data driven automation framework
  • Should be able to write, run and maintain Automation scripts with automation expertise
  • Exposure to AngularJS UI is added advantage
  • Should be familiar of running automation in Continuous Integration & Development environment.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Metadata and Big data will be an added advantage.
  • Other skills & responsibilities
  • Design and delivery Program Test and Implementation Strategy, Test Data Strategy, Automation Approach, and Test Environment Plans.
  • Simultaneously work on multiple initiatives across CIB DPS priorities
  • Build effective relationship with key Digital and Business strategy leads; whilst being able to effective challenge them to move DPS initiatives forward
  • Gathering, analyzing and synthesizing feedback from LOB interaction to help drive DPS initiatives
  • Experienced in project planning with detailed milestones with risks/issues.
  • Experienced in Agile model.
  • Design and delivery Program Test approach for automation, its Implementation Strategy, Test Data Strategy, Test Environment Plans including estimations, test execution, defect management in a proactive manner.
  • Strong Leadership and People Management.
  • Able to gain and provide meaningful insight to project working group members on the specific focus areas
  • Strong communication skills with ability to provide clear and succinct verbal updates on their work to colleagues, senior executives and clients.
  • Actively drive and contributes to team meetings / conference calls with colleagues, stakeholders from other functions and clients / 3rd parties.
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment and be self-motivating
  • Ability to build strong partnerships across the stakeholder groups at partner location and within current location through a proactive, open and communicative approach.
  • Experience working with large scale compliance and regulatory driven projects, preferably KYC, AML or Client Onboarding

Responsibilities

  • Manage optimum utilization of resources with NIL impact to business
  • Simultaneously work on multiple initiatives across CIB DPS priorities
  • Build effective relationship with key Digital and Business strategy leads; whilst being able to effective challenge them to move DPS initiatives forward
  • Gathering, analyzing and synthesizing feedback from LOB interaction to help drive DPS initiatives
  • Partner closely with Operations, Technology and Product groups.
  • Developing and syndicating recommendations to technology and program teams to accelerate change.
  • Work closely with Test manager and other stakeholders to deliver in line with Agile methodology
  • Responsible for timely and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

  • Post Graduate/ MBA (or Bachelor degree with at least 8+ years of relevant experience) preferred
  • Deep Automation and Test Management exposure (minimum 6+ years)

Candidate to work from office for 3 days and 2 days a week from home (hybrid).
