Project Execution Lead

As an experienced member of our Securities Services Technology team, you will lead Project Execution across a range of portfolios. You will ensure that the organization is operating smoothly day to day and be involved in a range of activities including strategy, presentation preparation, operating model setup, hiring and audit preparation. You will work across Securities Services and the wider Firm to ensure that tasks and dependencies are being progressed. The Project Execution Lead will also ensure that deliveries are on track for individual business projects and commitments across the group.

You do not need financial services experience to apply to this role.

As a Project Execution Lead you will:

  • Work with Securities Services Technology Leadership across a variety of portfolios to ensure that the organization is operating smoothly, and projects are on track.
  • Partner with several teams across the organization to complete a variety of program management activities (e.g., strategy, presentations, operating model setup and hiring).
  • Have a strong understanding of the JPMC business and a desire to learn as it evolves.
  • Be an influential leader to be able to effectively drive change and ensure deliveries have focus and are on track/being delivered.

We are looking for someone who can/has:

  • Understanding of global and line of business project and program management standards and methods
  • Manage several items at any one time and move them forward at pace.
  • Work across the organization to ensure that projects are on track and highlight issues early with proposed solutions
  • Strong ability to create and execute plans, manage RAID logs and budget processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels of the organization (including executive management)
  • Push change through the organization to achieve outcomes.
  • Impeccable organization and the ability to shift priorities as required.
