About the Program

The ReEntry program offers Vice Presidents or Associates (or equivalent), who left the workforce to pursue other ventures, the support and resources needed to resume their careers. The ReEntry Program also provides you with opportunities for networking and mentorship.

Beginning March 2023, this 15-week long program offers a reintroduction to corporate life for those returning to the workplace after two or more years. With relevant experience for Line of Business, you will have the opportunity to update existing skills and build new ones, interact with the firm’s leaders, and receive career coaching.

What We Look For:

Ideal candidates for the program are creative, innovative team players with analytical, technical, problem solving, planning and organizational skills. Individuals must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively in presentations, express complex financial strategies in an organized and articulate manner and have relevant experience for the Line of Business. The ability to relate well to external clients and internal partners and establishing strong working relationships is a crucial requirement of the program.

The candidates’ background and interest will determine where they will be placed within the Securities Service business areas. Individuals with previous experience operating at VP or Associate level (or equivalent) in the business noted above are encouraged to apply.

CIB will consider candidates who have been involved in entrepreneurial, non-for-profit, part-time or consultancy efforts while on their career break.
