Muse, our upgraded design system, offers guidance and off-the-shelf solutions for designers, developers and writers. It speeds the build of websites and apps web that incorporate best-of-breed interactions, visual design and content.

Muse also helps the Bank deliver cohesive, ADA-compliant experiences across organizational boundaries, products and channels.

With ambitious plans to build a new site for internal and external audiences, we need a marketing expert to promote the design system through multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and implement the marketing content strategy for the internal and external versions of Muse.
  • Write marketing content, education pages, case studies, communications, etc.
  • Own the content style guide.
  • Integrate technical content written by others into the site.
  • Edit the writing of others.
  • Drive best practices and consistency.
  • Evangelize content standards.
  • Act as a marketing/communications content subject matter expert.
  • Evaluate and audit existing marketing content.
  • Provide insights for improving the overall content experience.

Essential content strategy experience/understanding:

  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to understand and translate strategy into deliverable projects.
  • Content experiences with websites and apps.
  • Adherence to brand and style book guidelines.
  • Experience in editing content from many contributors into a consistent voice and tone.
  • Digital publishing processes.

Essential UX experience/understanding

  • Digital user experience
  • Ability to learn technical concepts (e.g., design theory, design systems)

Preferred experience

  • B2B financial services content
  • AP Stylebook

Every candidate interviewed will need to take a short editing test.
