Risk Management is an independent function of JPMorgan Asset Management (JPMAM) and has dedicated teams, with separate reporting lines from the Asset Management business. You will:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on investment risk for a set of alternatives portfolios (Real estate, Transportation, Private Credit, Infrastructure debt) including:
    • Stress and scenario analysis
    • Counterparty risk
    • Leverage
    • Liquidity risk
    • Carry out relevant investigation and escalation of threshold excesses
  • Review new investments
  • Prepare and coordinate risk management reports for Risk Committees, Management Committees, Board of Directors and regulators
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis on products or market related themes for senior management
  • Contribute to development, enhancement, and periodic review of analytics, risk assessment methodologies, and reporting capabilities
  • Assist with the maintenance of procedures, Fund Risk Profile documents, and Risk Management Process documents

  • Financial certifications (like CFA or CAIA) appreciated
