About the Team

EMEA Payments Product team is a dynamic and diverse team and is responsible for investment planning, product strategy, and development of the payments solutions that J.P. Morgan delivers to global clients. These product solutions cover across 13 EMEA countries and support our corporate and financial clients.

About the Position

The EMEA Payments Product team are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to help accelerate and scale our FinTech solutions servicing the Payment Facilitators, the Independent Software Vendor, and the Marketplace Operators. You will be working with Product, Designers, Technology, Operations, and Client Servicing to identify, drive, and deliver the development of additional functionality through the full product lifecycle, including analysis, design of the client experience and service model, testing, and migration of the components for delivery.

This role will be dedicated to the eCommerce capabilities development for Payment Facilitators, Independent Software Vendor, and Marketplace Operators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead successfully multiple simultaneous complex projects and own the end-to-end product development lifecycle from the requirement gathering to product launch.
  • Manage overall delivery of solutions, ensuring the project deliverables are completed within the planned cost, timescale and resource budgets.
  • Support and govern adherence to J.P. Morgan delivery framework and its associated processes.
  • Understand the client requirements, their usage of the solutions and prioritise the requirements based on data analysis and strategic business need.
  • Define functional and non-functional business requirements for development and commercialisation in order to meet business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for product improvement and differentiation, efficiency and standardization, scalability, and drive process improvements.
  • Articulate and document process flows including customer interactions, operational intervention, end-to-end flows, data handoffs, etc.
  • Perform impact analysis for business initiatives to determine partner business groups that will consequently be required to undergo technical or operational process change.
  • Devise a transition process to ensure that Operations and Client Servicing can seamlessly move to their respective target state models.
  • Conduct walk through and training sessions to update stakeholders and user groups.

Key Skills / Experience

  • Able to demonstrate experience designing and implementing solutions, either for clients or for improvement of internal processes, including development of the product roadmap and the plan and timelines for execution
  • Understanding of eCommerce solutions for Payment Facilitators, Independent Software Vendor, and Marketplace Operators
  • Energetic self-starter with ability to drive delivery of the strategic vision with demonstrated effectiveness leading a multi-disciplinary team
  • Excellent communication capabilities, clearly and succinctly message with appropriate level of detail to cross-functional teams, senior management, and clients
  • Strong collaboration skills, able to work with many different individuals and partner effectively with different groups
  • Strong program management skills, must be organized and able to develop a program plan and break down into achievable deliverables
  • Proven track record of effectively resolving issues and conflicts to ensure timely delivery
