CIB Operations Skills of the Future (CIB Ops SOTF) is a business driven upskilling program designed to meet the rapidly changing digital and customer services landscape within the Corporate & Investment Bank. The Skills of the Future team is focused on driving a culture of continuous learning and engagement by connecting employees with the most relevant curriculum aligned to the Firmwide Operations Learning Priorities. We partner with Business Leaders, HR and Learning experts to make this program come to life for our employees (over 23K worldwide).

What you’ll do:

You will help support SOTF program strategic initiatives from events (virtual and in-person) to program and project management, support. You will be working very closely with the SOTF Program Lead, SOTF core team, as well as business partners and work teams to bring learning priorities to life.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with program team to determine and prioritize business initiatives
  • Scheduling key strategic meetings for Program Lead and travel planning/logistics for roadshows/events
  • Providing Program Lead with recommendations to improve teamwork and processes
  • Planning, coordinating and keeping contents of a meeting focused
  • Providing tactical support to implement ideas
  • Working with Program Lead to deliver, monitor and communicate progress towards goals
  • Responding to inquiries as a member of SOTF team
  • Supporting strategic program initiatives from ideation to implementation
  • Identifying and helping solve core problems or opportunities within business processes
  • Providing Program Lead and team with insight and analysis on program operations
  • Providing support and oversight for special projects and initiatives
  • Planning, coordinating and leading meetings and events
  • Supporting delivery of SOTF program and events (in person and virtual)
  • Manage event logistics including invites, registration, AV, webcast setup, event metrics and post event surveys
  • Manage the creation cycle for monthly steering committee deck and other key executive meetings
  • Organizing/running end-user feedback sessions and creating dashboard based on feedback to inform action and priorities for enhancements
  • Posting content to our web portal and other ad hoc support as needed
  • Program & project delivery support

Skills Required

  • Proven of experience in a large fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with past experience in supporting senior executives, events, and projects
  • Aptitude to identify, gather, and analyze relevant data to capture key themes and inform decision making & planning
  • A highly resourceful, adaptable, motivated team player who is eager to learn - able to execute and deliver high quality work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in assembling presentations at various audience levels including for senior leaders a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and partner with others to deliver
  • Advanced skills with the standard MS Office suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience using project/program tracking tools to keep book of work on track
  • A passion for creating positive experiences around learning and is end-user obsessed
  • Ability to deliver results accurately, quickly, and efficiently while adapting to shifting priorities
  • Strong work ethic, self-starter who is able to problem solve with a ‘can-do’ attitude
