The ReEntry Program is a 15-week fellowship program, beginning March 20, 2022 and ending June 30, 2023, with the prospect of an offer for permanent employment with JP Morgan Chase at the end of the program. The program offers a reintroduction to corporate life for those returning to the workplace after two or more years of voluntarily being away.

As part of the Market Risk team you will join industry experts identifying, assessing and managing risk for our global businesses. You will work in partnership with the Trading desk, to form conclusions on the risk appetite of the firm. Market Risk is a collaborative team, we want your perspective to help us innovate the next wave of risk management solutions.

Within Risk Management & Compliance (RM&C), the Reporting, Middle Office and Controls organization (RMOC) plays a critical role in monitoring and reporting on risk, implementing the Operational Risk Management Framework within RM&C and providing governance and oversight of data risks to provide a strong and consistent control environment across RM&C.

As a successful candidate, you will have the opportunity to:

  • 2 years or more of career break
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Several years of experience in Risk Management, Control Management, Data Governance, Project/Business Management, Operations or a related field
  • Excellent desktop skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Office applications
  • Experience with Intelligent Solutions (Alteryx; Python; UI Path; Tableau; Qlik sense) is a plus.
