Chase has delivered an innovative mobile app focusing on current and savings accounts and have an exciting roadmap of additional products and features to roll out in the coming months and years. We have created a new organisation and we are looking for solution-oriented, commercially minded, customer-focused product managers used to working in an agile environment and within a diverse and inclusive team.

We seek an experienced Payments Experience Product Manager to join an agile team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Define the Payments Experience product roadmap and objectives ensuring fit with the overall value proposition
  • Ensure a thorough understanding of customer needs, behaviours and pain points, as well as competitive landscape and industry best practice
  • Demonstrate the ability to use qualitative user insights and quantitative data to back up assumptions and develop a business case
  • Define product requirements with the ability to provide feature recommendations based on customer research and analysis
  • Lead an agile multi-disciplinary squad to deliver, balancing quality with speed to market
  • Manage the in-market product, using appropriate KPI’s to improve customer experience and performance
  • Manage regulatory issues, controls, risk, and resiliency on an ongoing basis, anticipating and mitigating issues

Your capabilities:

  • Experience in deconstructing existing products and reconstructing them for the future
  • Understanding that as a product owner you are the advocate of the customer
  • The ability to clearly communicate product needs and intent
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple priorities / deadlines without compromising quality
  • The ability to define an appropriate product MVP and improve through feedback and iteration
  • Ability to define, develop and enhance simple to use, intuitive customer experiences
  • Proven ability to think ‘out of the box’ and apply creative solutions, always putting yourself in the customer’s shoes
  • The ability to incorporate user needs, business needs, and technical constraints/opportunities into the product development process
  • Must be capable of independent decision-making as well as able to take direction and work as a team player

Key Skills:

  • Direct experience of working in a Payments Experience role or product management at a high performing UK bank or fintech working on customer-facing products
  • A solid understanding of the UK legal and regulatory requirements for Payments
