Advisor and Investments Tech & Core Data (A&IT) is a part of Wealth Management in the Asset & Wealth Management line of business. The A&IT organization is responsible for delivering and supporting technology solutions supporting the front office of the Global Private Bank. In this role, you’ll partner with our Leadership team, product owners and technologists globally to create and manage data analytics spanning multiple products across the Private Bank.

You should be a highly motivated individual with effective communication and analytical skills, experienced in working with senior leaders, and strong ability in developing relationships, influencing and driving progress.

  • Will own and support analytics for Private Bank product/s to solve for business problems and enable business growth.
  • You'll have advanced working knowledge of tools like SAS, Python, SQL to perform data engineering.
  • Ability to synthesize large volumes of data into meaningful insights and drive actionable strategies in Global Private Bank.
  • Perform advanced analytics to develop customer segmentation leveraging modeling tools to develop framework for differentiated offering strategies to drive business efficiencies.
  • Interact regularly with business units, understand business goals and priorities and play the role of an effective partner to devise strategies with customer focused analysis and performance to realize growth opportunities. Support business growth targets by understanding business needs and providing concise, insightful and timely analytics for key trends through data analysis.
  • Leverage Data Science / Advance Analytics / ML Tools to solve complex business problems

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA/MS in an analytical field (e.g., Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance).
  • Expert in SAS/SQL. Proficiency with programming languages such as R/Python
  • Working knowledge of advanced statistical concepts (essential) and machine learning techniques (Desirable)
  • Experience with manipulating large and complex databases and developing appropriate data models to evaluate and solve business problems
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Understanding of Wealth Management business is preferred
  • 10+ years of Analytics / Data Science Experience
