The Digital Private Market business division seeks to hire Software Engineers to join our software development team of a large scale corporate intergration of a recently acquired business, Global Shares.
The Global Shares Transaction was announced on March 15, 2022. Founded in 2005, Global Shares is a leading cloud-based provider of share plan management software. Global Shares’ employee ownership solutions cover the entire company lifecycle, and caters to corporates worldwide. Global Shares has an expansive client base of over 600 corporate clients that range from early-stage start-ups to mature multinational public corporations. The firm has nearly $200 billion in assets under administration across 650,000 corporate employee participants. The successful candidate will be involved in the full development life cycle of analysis, design, implementation, testing and deployment of our platform
Key responsibilities include:
- Participate in design technology solutions on different scales
- Develop and unit test software application modules using disciplined software development processes (Agile).
- Be involved in requirements gathering and business analysis tasks.
- Experience in application development using Java, GraphQL, Oracle
- Demonstrated experience building cloud native or cloud ready applications using cloud solutions such as AWS
- Knowledge of software architecture, design, TDD/DDD, cloud computing and data structures
- Understanding of source control and experience working with tools such as Bitbucket, GitHub, Git
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field of study
- Experience working with product organization
- Experience using CI/CD tools
- Experience using Microservice architecture
- Experience using Docker/Kubernetes
