Project Execution - Training and Communication

Would you like a new adventure? Our team is responsible for migrating hundreds of applications to the cloud over the next 3 years. We are looking for a dynamic, experienced person to join our team and focus on communications for the overall programme. Your role will be focused on helping us communicate technical content to 17,000 people - using a range of media. We will be using our internal instagram, sharepoint sites., newsletters, powerpoints, live discussion sessions, game days, and more! The purpose of this role is to develop and execute a complex communication and training strategy to a wide range of people - from very senior executives through to new starters. It will also involve the orchestration of content created from a wide range of sources and delivered through a broad spectrum of internal media.

Who are you? The successful candidate will be a self starter who is open to evolving their approach as the needs of the community change. You will have had experience in orchestrating large scale projects, which require building strong relationships and building influence without authority. Being open to change and having experience with complexity is key to the success of this role, as we are building a new function focused on Cloud enablement for the firm.

Responsibilities include:
- Working as part of a team to help produce, deliver and evaluate multi-channel communications, campaigns aimed at multiple audiences and stakeholders
- Assist with creating communications campaigns and engaging content to support our transformation programme
- Preparing presentations for internal events and meetings
- Coordinating consistent content across all media and forums
- Engaging directly with a wide range of content creators and ensuring they create content on a timely basis
- Ownership for the structure of our sites / channels and ensuring content remain up to date and relevant

Skills and Knowledge
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Excellent communication skills, professionalism and experience of liaising with a wide range of people
- A flexible attitude to work and happy to take on a variety of tasks
- Previous logictics, internal communications, marketing or media experience
- Fantastic copywriting skills and a passion for social media and technology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment while having an amazing attention to detail
