Strategic Partnerships Administrator

LV ElectriX is growing - and quick! As a result we are looking for a Partnerships Administrator to support the growth we are seeing.

You will be a commercially minded, highly numerate, astute and ambitious individual who will provide administration support for the ElectriX and Allianz Salary sacrifice schemes. This role will focus on scheme bordereau reconciliation along with a leavers/joiner’s process and will need to develop close working relations with the various OE’s within Allianz Group assisting them to run and administer the scheme for employees.

The role encompasses:

- collaborating with OE’s to promote salary sacrifice and administration support processes

- producing management information / trading reports and associated action plans for sharing with internal stakeholders and partners;

- addressing salary sacrifice operational issues;

- assist employees with scheme queries, liaising with both OE HR departments and partners as required

- support OE’s by dealing with daily activities and queries

- support in RFI/RFPs

The role will enable you to acquire a strong appreciation of our ElectriX business.

Mobile – you will be required on occasion to travel to office sites within LV Group and to the offices of partners.

About you


- Highly numerate

- Confident, tactful and effective client relationship skills (internal & external)

- Articulate individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills

- PC literacy - with strong PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills

- Strong collaboration skills and team-orientated

- Excellent organisational and time management skills

- Experience of producing comprehensive/robust reports

- Able to work in a pressured and changing environment

- Flexible mind-set and “can do” attitude is a “must”


Work with AZ OE’s and wider ElectriX team ensuring;

- The performance of the salary sacrifice schemes is appropriately monitored and challenged

- Key issues arising are highlighted for discussion

- Delivery of agreed actions are appropriately tracked through to implementation

Work closely with the Partnerships Operations and Finance Managers to track the following;

- Track payments

- Manage early termination and car collection

- Delivery of KPIs, SLAs and contractual metrics

- Working with relevant teams to produce partner MI and associated commentary / actions plans for sharing with OE’s and Partners.

Manage bordereau with the scheme entities.

Produce succinct proposals / summary of key issues for consideration by the management teams of both ElectriX and the Partner.

Support the Partnership team as required.

Prepare for OE/Partner meetings as requested, including slide pack production.

To participate in projects/initiatives from time to time as directed by the Line Manager and Head of Partnerships.
