In this role you’ll report to our AZP Head of Internal Communications and Engagement, focusing on the delivery of internal communications, engagement and change communication, in partnership with key senior stakeholders including our Executive team, and the wider team.
Acting as an Internal Communications and Engagement Business Partner you’ll need to create imaginative solutions to engage with employees through a variety of channels including delivering virtual, hybrid and face to face events. You’ll be responsible for creating and delivering multi-site, multi-brand and multi-function campaigns and managing a variety of communication channels.
You’ll become a trusted advisor to the business, whilst ensuring tactical delivery is timely and effective. This will involve you creating communication strategies, campaigns, supporting content, delivering events and always measuring the effectiveness of your communication and engagement activities.
This role can based in Bournemouth or Croydon on a 12 month FTC.
As the ideal candidate, you’ll need to be experienced at a senior level within internal and change communications as well as engagement, ideally in a financial services environment, and will have acted as a strategic internal communications advisor.
Naturally you’ll have a strong understanding of the full array of internal communications techniques and channels, especially digital and social channels. You’ll have excellent writing and relationship-building skills, and be confident in your ability to face off to senior level stakeholders.
You will act as a communications and engagement partner and advisor to the senior business stakeholders using internal communications best practice to deliver engaging communications across a variety of channels and audiences.
