About the Role
We’re looking for excellent communicators with top-notch customer service skills to join us in a number of roles across our Recovery Claims teams in Ipswich, starting in the New year. Whether you’re on the phone supporting our customers with their motor claims or speaking with third-party insurers to get the best outcome for them, we’ll look to you to take ownership of a variety of claims from start to finish. From problem-solving to negotiating, you’ll use your initiative to find solutions that work for our customers and our business – playing a vital role in helping people get back to a normal way of life.
You’ll carry out your initial training from home. Following this, we’d like you to join us in the office for only a minimum of 2 days a week. You will also receive 24 days Holidays, a generous Pension Scheme, fabulous discounts on insurance products and fantastic Hours that include 8am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday, working a total of 37.5 hours per week with NO WEEKENDS OR BANK HOLIDAYS!
The salary being offered for the role is £23,625
