A new role has arisen within LV= as an Operational Change Manager in our Claims area. This is an ideal role for someone who is experienced in Change or Project Management.

We are keen to speak with applicants who also have experience of developing and delivering change.

This role can be based from any of our sites including Bournemouth, Birmingham, Bristol, Croydon, Ipswich, Huddersfield or Leeds.

The role can offer flexibility, including hybrid working, so we’d love to talk to you about how we can make the role work for you, as well as us.

About the Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for an operational change manager role in our Claims function, which involves developing and delivering a number of projects that encompass both continuously improving BAU and more large scale, often transformational change that impact the wider business communities.

It’s an exciting time at LV= with a busy change agenda you will be playing a key part in the design and delivery of a variety of projects that will help us reach our strategic goal of being one of the UK’s best loved businesses.

Key Accountabilities

You will be responsible for all phases of the project lifecycle from design through to implementation, working closely with your stakeholders you will demonstrate a high energy with a focus on delivery and results.


Experience and aptitude to lead and successfully deliver operational change projects

Experienced at the deployment of project management practices, methods and tools across multiple projects that vary in both value and complexity in order to successfully deliver change

Ability to utilise leadership skills in driving pace and commitment across business and build trusted long-term relationships with senior stakeholders

Demonstrable experience of engaging and communicating project plans to all levels

Excellent planning and organisational skills, together with a willingness to “roll sleeves up” when required are also essential

Significant experience of working in an operational business environment

Strong commercial acumen with an ability to translate through to a change environment

PC literate with good knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel and Word
