Job Description

Your Purpose

An inspirational leader who motivates, coaches and develops their team to work together to Help Britain prosper by providing an excellent customer experience and compliantly meeting their financial and service needs. You'll lead your team to deliver fair outcomes for customers with complex needs or personal vulnerabilities. You'll lead and embed LBG priorities, adhere to regulatory requirements and set an example by role modelling the Group Values, Behaviours and Code of Responsibility.

Your Hours

Our branches are open at varying times Monday to Saturday (with some opening Sundays) to ensure we can support our customers when they need us.

As a full-time Bank Manager you'll be working 35 hours, flexibly across the week, this will include working on Saturdays. Our award winning flexible working will allow you to complete that project for your college studies, pursue other interests, or enjoy spending time with your family or friends – you could find a work/life balance that suits you.

Your Role

The successful applicant will be able to lead a team of colleagues to exceed the expectations of a wide range of customers. From affluent to vulnerable customers, you'll ensure they get the advice and support they need.

The applicant will be open to change and be willing to adopt new ways of working for the benefit of our customers and the bank. We'll provide training to the applicant with the right skills and mentality if you do not currently hold the technical knowledge, while you'll also have the opportunity to learn from your peers in a collaborative environment.
