The Channels business has been built to design and deliver great end to end experiences for our clients across Digital, Telephony and marketing Channels. This is an Associate Director level in Digital Channels and more specifically in the Digital Targeting team.

The Role:
The Digital Targeting team was formed last year, with the intention of using data to create personalised digital experiences for CB clients. This is a primary growth area for the Group. We're looking for an Analytics Manager who would be responsible for designing the audiences we personalise for, thinking creatively about how we could improve or add to them, and then driving through the proposed changes. What you'll be doing...

  • Develop and deliver personalisation audiences based on customer and market insights, considering the wider business and regulatory context.
  • Evaluate digital channel opportunities and understand how to design marketing campaigns to drive good business outcomes
  • Produce executive level reporting to understand progress to plans, and insightful information to monitor channel performance
  • Proactively build and maintain external and internal and external network to support business delivery

    What you'll need...

  • Previous experience of digital transformation, digital demand generation and leading digital channel performance is very important for this role.
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing knowledge is desirable with a passion for understanding clients’ needs.
  • SQL proficiency is critical, as well as a proactive attitude to engaging stakeholders, and delivering/testing on the opportunities your analysis uncovers.
  • You'll also need strong partnering and communication skills to deliver your recommendations.
