Job Description Summary

An exciting opportunity has come up to join us in the Business Digital Servicing Lab! The Business Digital Servicing Lab, was established in Consumer Servicing Value Stream in 2021 and is growing, with teams that are empowered to think big, test and learn and drive outstanding changes for our customers and the Bank. We are responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences for the Group’s 800 thousand business digital customers, delivering top of the class digital journeys, to close the functional gaps that Retail clients and our competitors provide. Whilst the main driver is improved client feedback we are also driven by reducing failure demand.
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the release of incremental value by improving the Business Clients digital journey. This role covers making the best possible customer journeys for customers through the app or desktop, with a particular focus on balancing ease with the need to protect customers security. This is achieved by encouraging collaborative, empowered teams, nurturing them to take ownership of the relevant outcomes. As well as stimulating innovation and mitigating risk by conducting data- and research- driven feature shaping. You will work closely with the Senior PO to support in the day to day running of the Lab.

Key accountabilities

  • To build great customer outcomes through deep understanding of customers needs
  • To work with the PO and the Feature Team to gain a strong understanding of the Payments landscape and define customer centric requirements
  • Through analysis, to support in the prioritisation of the backlog
  • To work and influence across multiple areas of the Bank and partner teams to craft change and customer outcomes
  • To determine what customers need through diving into data, competitive analysis and user research
  • Cultivate a culture of curiosity and test and learn in which the Feature Team is comfortable trying things out and learning cheaply, quickly and safely
