The Macquarie Asset Management division has an opportunity for a candidate to join the Fund Management Team, supporting the Real Assets business, in our London office.

As an Executive within the team, you will be contributing to the continued growth of the Real Assets platform, through involvement in all facets of the key operational functions of the EMEA Real Assets business.

In this role, you will be responsible for communication between our senior business stakeholders and specialist teams, providing top tier client service including tracking and responding to ad-hoc investor questions and data requests. You will also be responsible for co-ordinating the automated, quarterly reporting process for our suite of funds through eFront & Workiva. You will be managing end-to-end processes such as the establishment and raising of Staff Investment Vehicles, alongside associated KYC and onboarding queries. In addition to this, the role will see you responsible for identifying and driving process improvement and efficiencies.

We require that you have strong organisational and prioritisation skills, being able to deliver within tight timelines, showing effectiveness in your planning and ensuring quality output. You will have excellent written and oral communication skills, be a highly motivated, proactive, and resilient individual. You will demonstrate sound business judgement and possess strong interpersonal skills which will help you liaise with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external.

Your experience in a similar type of role, for example working in asset management or related financial services operations, would be advantageous, although not essential.

Finally, you will be degree-educated with Microsoft office proficiency, including Excel and PowerPoint.
