As a Junior Human Resources operating Partner, you will be responsible for the management of various HR workstreams required to set up/onboard platform acquisitions within the Green Investment Group, including recruitment, organisational design, incentives and the selection, onboarding and management of third-party providers. You will also be expected to manage recruitment processes for senior hiring, and work closely with business and PMO stakeholders, including close liaison with internal Finance, Tax and Legal teams on entity setup (e.g. payroll registrations etc…) and with external counsel on employment matters.
In addition, you will be responsible for the creation and tracking of incentive plans and a ‘playbook’ for platform creation and acquisition, by identifying workstreams, steps and timelines across each deliverable and jurisdiction enabling you to build a knowledge bank for future ventures. Alongside the playbook, you will also centralise employment and immigration advice, creating a precedent bank of templates, documents, and handbooks.
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate your experience in a fast-paced HR focused role, with the ability to question the status quo. Along with your strong project and stakeholder management, problem solving, and communication skills, you will have a customer centric and delivery-focused style, with a pragmatic and commercial approach. You will be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and data analytics with the initiative and ability to work independently.
