The Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD) sales team are looking for modern work Consulting Solution Area Specialists (CSAS) with a passion for developing and winning market-making opportunities that deliver customer value and enable transformational business outcomes for our customers.


As a Consulting Solution Area Specialist (CSAS) you will build transformational propositions with customers, collaborating with your peers to successfully close deals. This opportunity will allow you to accelerate your career growth, honing your Industry solution specialist sales and collaboration skills, and deepening your cloud solution area expertise.

Responsibilities

Sales Execution

  • Brings impactful industry insights into customer engagements and closes deals with customers. Acts as a thought leader across solution areas to advise customers across business functions on digital transformation.
  • Leads conversations with strategic/high-potential customers (e.g., high budget, global account, highly competitive) along with account teams or partners.
  • Acts as a thought leader and subject matter advisor to the executive-level business decision makers at the customer's/partner's business.

Scaling and Collaboration

  • Leads the sales orchestration with internal stakeholders and partners. Applies a holistic approach to build network across territories. Positions opportunities to promote collaboration and participation.

Sales Excellence

  • Engages with internal and external stakeholders on business planning, Rhythm of Business (ROB) meetings to review and plan for strategic accounts across territories.
  • Delivers Operational Excellence, manages and optimizes time spent collaborating with customers and leads orchestration with core account team to realize value by exceeding customers' expectations and applying Budget, Authority, Need and Timeline (BANT) qualification approach and profiling Cloud consumption against customer value realization milestones

Qualifications

  • Technology-related sales or account management experience
  • Solution or services sales experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field
