We are looking for a recruiter to join us on an initial 12 month fixed term contract to support with the demand ensuring that we deliver to a high standard.

The main purpose of this role is to develop and implement comprehensive talent attraction and recruitment strategies for your specialist area. The primary focus will be to identify candidates in the market who are not necessarily active job seekers and introducing them to a career at Mott MacDonald. You will become an expert at identifying the talent we require, using some of the most advanced sourcing technology available.

You'll be building talent pipelines, networking at both internal and external events (mostly virtual at the moment) and driving referrals from our expert employees.

Further responsibilities will include;
To be an expert in your areas recruitment needs
Embed yourself into the recruitment team providing support and identifying candidates for vacancies.
Develop and manage an active pipeline of candidates for your specialist area
To advocate great candidate experience, always aiming to exceed expectations
To understand future talent requirements and grow your network accordingly
To champion the diversity and inclusion action plan, and to provide input
To ensure that the ATS (BrassRing) is accurately kept up to date
When our offices begin to reopen the location of this position can be flexible across the UK along with some flexible, agile working on offer (currently the team is split between Glasgow and Croydon).

To be successful in this role we would like to hear from candidates who have ideally worked in a similar role previously, in terms of career level this will typically be your 2nd or 3rd role in recruitment and you will be used to working in a fast paced internal or agency environment.

Along with the above you will ideally have the following;
Ability to develop and maintain talent pools
Experience using a range of sourcing channels to identify relevant candidates for current and future vacancies
Network and connect with relevant candidates either virtually or face to face.
Ability to work collaboratively yet autonomously and be a self-starter
Able to effectively manage high volume recruitment
Comfortable working in a fast paced and constantly evolving environment
Experience with IBM Kenexa/BrassRing, SAP Success Factors, and LinkedIn Recruiter will be a plus
Experience with direct recruiting using tools such as LinkedIn recruiter will be a plus
