Divisional Digital Lead - Environment and Social Division

Be accountable to the Environment and Social Divisional General Manager for the performance of digital delivery for the division, being measured on both adoption and business-impact targets, and their continual improvement.
Working within the framework of Mott MacDonald's purpose, vision, strategy and network operating model for digital delivery, support and uphold a regimen of continual advancement in digital delivery maturity, in support of the division's business goals, or to open new opportunities.
Develop and implement a divisional plan for the direction and priorities for digital delivery, in collaboration with the Unit Digital Delivery Leader, Team Leaders and Account Leaders as well as the Senior Management Team
Engaging staff in the divisional digital plan and encouraging digital collaboration at a divisional level, as well as identifying cross divisional development needs and opportunities
Working with the EUNA and Unit Digital Delivery Leads to ensure consistency of approach and knowledge sharing across the business.
Supporting projects and teams to deliver digital solutions to our clients
Together with the Unit Digital Delivery Leader, generate advocacy for the role of digital delivery internally, and for the Mott MacDonald brand externally.
Be accessible and visible as an expert resource for high-value engagements (e.g. bid preparation and project inception), or business-critical troubleshooting; be the point-of-escalation for digital delivery support within the division.
Liaise with the UK IT Manager around any developments at EUNA/Group level which will benefit or affect ENS operations.
Reporting to the senior management team on progress and successes.
Proven ability to deliver business benefit from digital technology appropriate to the Environment and Social sector.
Knowledge of the project technology landscape, including key providers and platforms.
Familiarity with contemporary digital trends and ecosystems, and ability to horizon-scan, translating abstract digital futures into real-world business threats and opportunities.
Ability to build advocacy for the role of digital technology in business delivery across diverse groups of individuals; including nurturing stakeholder relations up to Divisional General Manager level to win buy-in to the digital change agenda.
