We are looking for a highly motivated individual to become a Senior information Management Consultant within our growing Digital Advisory Team, who can help us empower lasting industry transformation. You will be part of our entrepreneurial and growing team which provides industry-leading, award-winning consulting services. We work with our clients helping them to harness opportunities, including digital to tackle their complex challenges. We do this by bringing together the best of our engineering domain knowledge and digital and data know how.

In this role you will ensure outstanding delivery of our existing services as well as contribute to and development of innovative new services which address emerging customer needs.

Day to day you will lead the delivery of advisory projects, helping to manage concurrent priorities across the team. You'll be part of a team and support a direct more junior staff, whilst providing both leadership and technical guidance, providing trusted advice and support to our clients, including in areas such as: information management, process optimisation and requirements development.

You will work with organisations to create information strategy and embed improved information management practices aligned with UK Information Management Framework to drive better decisions, based on quality information, building the foundation towards purposeful digital twin.

You will bring client-side experience of implementing standards, methodologies and digital solutions for the specification, collection, production, and management of information across the infrastructure assets lifecycle.

It's important that we find someone who has been responsible for project delivery, or significant elements of major project delivery, and embodies the philosophy of lean and agile working.

Candidate Specification :
  • Chartership or similar professional certification with a recognised industry or other body appropriate to the role
  • Be open minded, considerate, cooperative, strong sense of team, vision driven.
  • Learning and growth mindset to develop new skills and expand knowledge within different areas of information and data management
  • Collaborative, with strong project management and commercial skills
  • 6+ years professional experience, for example in management consultancy, IT/Digital role in which you have gained exposure to variety of data management projects
  • Client-side experience in at least one of transportation, energy, water, healthcare, buildings, environment, technology sectors
  • Customer centric perspective that focusses upon outcomes and whole-life value
  • Understanding of the complexity, requirements, and implications of organisational transformation
