We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and organised team player to join our marketing department at our head office in Croydon which has a pivotal role in winning new work for the Group. Mott MacDonald's support services of which you would be a part, are key in enabling us to run efficiently and effectively. The role will be based in our modern office located close to East Croydon station (with excellent links to central London) and the Croydon Tramlink and bus terminus.

You'll be working closely with the Marketing Operations team. You will be engaged primarily in content, document and information management and involved with assembling and maintaining corporate information and data in readiness for submission to clients.

Key activities include:

* Overseeing and maintaining the completeness, integrity, and quality of our centralised staff experience records (CV database) hosted on SharePoint. Providing support, guidance, and training to CV administrators around the global business.
* Maintaining and improving standard company information within the Win Library using SharePoint.
* Supporting on and co-ordinating Group capability documents for pre-qualified lists and registration systems.
* Maintaining registrations with major international funding institutions such as The World Bank and Asian Development Bank.
* Assisting and supporting staff with information for inclusion in client submissions.
* Providing support and managing data within the Group's Deltek CRM system, as required.
