Job Description

Our focus on generating deep human insight supports PA’s mission to build a ‘Positive Human Future’.

Are you in the world of market research? Want to be a part of something big and work with the coolest clients around? This could be for you. You will join our busy Project Team (The Source) assisting our consultants to deliver projects within the UK and internationally.  We work for a number of different clients and our projects are varied with multi-layered methodologies.

We are looking for someone with experience in the following.

  • Design and development of Qualitative recruitment screeners

  • Can manage 3+ Qualitative UK projects independently for the full lifecycle of the project

  • Able to keep the team and suppliers updated with project logistics

  • A confident communicator and able to highlight potential curve balls in recruitment and able to suggest solutions.

  • Providing advice around best practice and recommendations to improve budgeting and resourcing based on recruitment learnings and expertise.

  • Managing and circulating fieldwork schedules for the team and their clients

  • Developing good working relationship with suppliers and actively continuing to grow the Human Insight network

  • Providing support to Research Op leads with ad-hoc requests e.g. processing of participants payments / credit card management / scheduling remote and in person sessions.

  • Cost control - monitoring outgoing costs (supplier fees, incentive levels, venue costs etc.) to ensure projects are being run as cost effectively as possible

  • Quality check of participants for UK Qual projects

  • Centralizing best practice to ensure Human Insight/Sparkler maintain highest possible standards and improving through monitoring developments in the industry and innovating accordingly

Based in London and New York, Sparkler, a growing team of 80 people works with some of the world’s leading media and technology companies. We have partnered with PA Consulting and form newest capability Human Insight. We have particular expertise in understanding the digital consumer and helping our clients make sense of the complex interplay between consumers, brands and the digital world.

As you’d expect, we work across almost every modern research method and don’t stop with reporting but crucially enable clients to activate our findings with their internal stakeholders, supported by our in-house team The Studio.

Qualifications

You'll ideally come from the market research industry and with a project coordination / management background, you'll be a great all-rounder in all areas of Qualitative research, respect client confidentiality.

We are looking for someone with great attention to detail and who can contribute within a fast-paced business and is motivated and able to work independently. 

Delivering high quality and cost-efficient recruitment, as well as seamlessly manage all project logistics from start to finish.  Our ideal candidate would be someone who has the confidence to communicate effectively when things will simply not work, can remain calm under pressure and who is not fazed by day to day qualitative obstacles. 

You'll be one of those who thrives working in a busy environment and has a positive, professional outlook with a can-do attitude. Experienced in managing Qualitative studies, you'll naturally be used to working with methods and therefore will be confident in learning the PA way and our processes. Working closely with project leaders and our senior management team you'll ensure that our projects are delivered to a high standard, as well as in line with GDPR. Knowledge and experience of data security in relation to research activities, GDPR and management information systems would be helpful.
