Job Description

The PA Security Vetting Team is looking to find a part-time administrator to have responsibility for our Melbourn operations.

You will be part of a close and efficient team helping to support a vast array of projects. Working to support Vetting Team with all area of admin, compliance and IT security activities. This role will have a focus on working with a variety of outside government agencies and third-party organisations.

Please note- the working days we require are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays


  • Experience with security, compliance and governance
  • To hold a security clearance, preferred but not essential
  • Customer and service focused
  • Ability to meet very tight deadlines & respond quickly to time critical situations
  • Excellent communication skills, to be able to deal with individuals at all levels
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good reporting skills
  • Complete discretion shown always
