M&R Administrator (12 months FTC)

We are currently recruiting for M&R Administrator to join our team in Southampton.

This is a full-time position for a fixed term contract of 12 months.

Key responsibilities

  • Send estimates to customers in a timely manner with accurate information
  • Ensure authorised and completed container repairs are invoiced with accurate information on time in accordance with agreed terms
  • Update customer systems with repair detail, accurately in a timely manner
  • Prioritise containers to be repaired, reducing the waiting time in line with customer requirements and Pentalver expected levels
  • Liaise with M&R staff to advise repair requirements and container information.
  • Liaise with customers ensuring satisfactory service levels, providing accurate stock information and performance updates in a professional manner
  • Striving for continuous improvements in all areas, encouraging employees to do the same
  • Maintain high standards of good housekeeping
  • Maintain high standard of health and safety

Key requirements

  • Previous admin experience
  • Ability to prioritise and organise workload, working well under pressure, whilst making key decisions
  • A strong team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
  • A working knowledge of PC applications; Microsoft and Outlook
