We are currently looking for a Talent & Workforce Planning Manager, based in our Global Studio in London, UK. In this role you will work closely with the Head of Talent & Workforce Planning Enabling Functions /Region ensuring the PMI Talent strategy tools, processes and products are deployed across enabling functions/Region. Support the Head of Talent Workforce Planning to deliver the Talent strategies and plans so that:

Our people are equipped with the right skills, capabilities to perform at PMI and you will deliver projects that help identify, develop and promote internal talent in order to strengthen our leadership pipeline, with strong focus on diversity
You will:
  • Support workforce and headcount planning for regions and enabling functions, working on projects which help to ensure the right talent and functional expertise is in the right place to drive the right results.
  • Provide support to Regional & Functional P&C Heads & Generalists, acting as a point of contact for development and execution of Talent & Workforce Planning tools and the point of contact with the ITM COE
  • Support in the deployment of key People processes (My Performance, Talent Review, strategic workforce planning tools)
  • Run cross-functional projects directly related to customer support particularly across TA Delivery, Executive Talent Acquisition and Assessment, ITM Ops and Executive & Leadership Development.
  • Drive the use of data analytics & insights for the team, regions and functions.
  • Support in driving an omnichannel internal talent marketplace supporting PBO, People Engagement and Career Development.
Who we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience in project management, experience in Talent, Strategic Workforce Planning and/or Talent Acquisition
  • Ability to be both strategic and practical
  • Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
  • Analytical and able to interpret data and gain insights
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong collaboration, team-working and influencing skills
