For Consumer Insights team in Global Studios, London we are therefore looking for a Combustible Category (CC) Analytics Delivery Manager

The overall purpose of this position will be the development and deployment of a sustainable and agile BI layer as well as advanced analytics solutions that serves all verticals of the CC domain, and is highly aligned with market requirements and needs.

You will:

- Engage with global CC functions as well as contributing markets to understand their day-to-day as well as future-looking, strategic opportunities and translate those into data & analytics use cases where appropriate
- Define data & analytics roadmap by understanding problems they are trying to solve, opportunities they are trying to explore and translate them into data & analytics use cases
- Help translate the business BI and analytics use case into a holistic CC data foundation roadmap. Co-own the CC data foundation roadmap together with EAD.
- Ensure continuous scaling and enhancement of Advanced Pricing Solution for CC markets together with commercial teams and priority markets
- Ensure a close collaboration with the EAD team and relevant IT platforms in order to continue and accelerate the digitalization, automation and scalability of the BI layer
- Build a strong engagement model with IBS to support development and deployment of the solutions ongoing
- Engage with various functions (Insights CC, Market Research CC, Commercial) who are co-leading CC insights efforts.
- Select, onboard and manage vendors to support the team with various developments
- Be proactive in anticipating the multi category business needs for BI and analytics, create a flexible structure that can be enhanced in an agile manner
- Build a network of BI and analytics with markets, foster a community spirit that can work to solve business BI and analytics challenges together, share and re-apply best practices, etc.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree in STEM
  • Experience in Developing and leading delivery of Pricing Analytics/Data science projects from conceptualization to delivery (Research Agency experience is a plus)
  • Experience in roles of Product owner/product management for data & analytics solutions(including Advanced Analytics)
  • Experience of having worked in Analytics/Data Science with working knowledge of advanced analytics and machine learning techniques
  • Experienced with delivering BI and analytical products to a variety of partners
  • Experience with working with the Agile/Scrum framework
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Data and business savvy
  • Communication, presentation and influencing skills at different levels in the organization
  • Highly collaborative, advance problem-solving skills and a "can-do", "win-win" mindset
  • Project Management and/or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus
