Your ‘day to day’
To lead change, culture, and communications’ execution strategies to deliver the Business Solutions vision

Strategic accountabilities:
  • Define strategies to deliver the three CCC pillars: Positioning Business Solutions as a global business service; embedding the business solutions culture and provide end to end change management for strategic projects and Incubation
  • Develop and maintain CCS enablers to ensure seamless execution of the strategies: Example enablers are: Change Network, Project Change Leaders, Employee Engagement Champions, Communications Channel management, Change Methodology and Tools and change data and analytics
  • Ensure continual alignment with Business Solutions Strategy and priorities and Global PMI strategies and global comms themes

Operational accountabilities:
  • Drive the execution of the Business Solutions brand through a strategic implementation plan
  • Embed the brand narrative in all relevant communications and employee engagement plans
  • Create and ensure disciplined execution of annual communications editorial plan, reflecting key Business Solutions themes – Capability/growth, digital, employee engagement / wellbeing, customer under the brand narrative.
  • Support employee engagement campaigns through quality communications
  • Ensure the change networks are managed to a high standard, bringing innovation, energy, profile, and leadership
  • Build change capability across the Service Lines in support of their transformation programmes as they standardize and automate their processes
  • Ensure all communications channels are leveraged well to deliver consistent, on brand messages
  • Build the change management offering by continually improving the methodology, introducing relevant analytics and insights

Individual Responsibilities
  • Develop overall strategy for the function and ensure continual alignment with key stakeholders (e.g., LT)
  • Ensure the subsets such as Brand, Employee Engagement are integrated appropriately
  • Ensure change capability is being built within service lines as required
  • Provide thought leadership on all aspects of change
  • Lead the team to ensure high engagement and performance

Who we’re looking for?

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience across change, communications, organization development in a transformation environment
  • Deep understanding of the behavioral change process in organizations
  • Strong communications and editorial skills
  • Experience in employee engagement
