We have an opportunity of Senior Lead Employee Experience Journey for a Fixed Term contract of 12/13 months.
Role can be based in the UK (London), Poland (Krakow), Philippines (Manilla) or Argentina (Buenos Aires).

Your ‘day to day’

  • Ensure employee centricity in the heart of decision making and design of different People&Culture products, services and solutions by facilitating the alignment of Centers of Expertise, project teams and product owners on experience outcomes and critical products, services, and processes that enable the experience
  • Build and maintain a holistic view of employee journeys and associated experiences, connecting different corporate solutions, processes, experiences and products together
  • Drive behavioral change across the product team, project teams to increase consumer centricity, data-driven decision-making and agile

Role Responsibilities

Employee centricity tools & methods
  • Build, maintain, & evolve EE journey maps in order to increase adoption & usage
  • Share data & insights reports for particular life cycle to product owners, regional EX managers, and other EX stakeholders
  • Develop EX tools and resources that will guide the product / project teams and Centers of Expertise in driving both employee centric approach to solving problems as well as designing & implementing service / product / process experiences

Experience Design and Management
  • Facilitate the definition of current and future Employee Experience strategies, key touchpoints and interventions necessary to bring the experience outcomes and to enable P&C Strategy
  • Partner with and guides product / project teams & Centers of Expertise in building an integrated strategy & roadmap to transform & optimize products, service and channel experience for PMI
  • Partner with product owners / project teams / Centers of Expertise in developing value propositions, product strategy, product roadmap and product backlog using insights
  • Partner with product teams in building experience & product, service, solution adoption measurements
  • Ensure that different products and solutions are connected on an experience level and Product / project teams and Centers of Expertise are focused on the right improvements and measures.

Design & Deployment of solutions
  • Design, test & deploy measurement systems in partnership with Centers of Expertise and product teams. This may include product and service measurements required to assess effectiveness of People &Culture products and services
  • Build capabilities necessary to adopt eNPS system and new ways of working

Capability Building
  • Drive behavioral change across the product teams to increase employee experience ways of working and consumer centricity
  • Build understanding and capability for product teams to leverage EX mindset, assets and tools across the product and project cycles

Who we’re looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or Psychology
  • Prior experience in employee-facing/ continuous improvement or capability building role
  • Experience with organizing and conducting qualitative research studies is preferred
  • Employee centricity, Advanced experience design skills, Workshop design, Facilitation skills, In depth interview skills, Design Thinking, Strong knowledge of FFWD and user experience tools, Qualitative data analysis skills, Storytelling through data, Project Management, Stakeholder engagement, Change management, Product and service design, Influencing skills and ability to build trust and collaborate with senior stakeholders (e.g. global Centers of Expertise), Effective Challenger & Change Agent
  • Experience working in complex international organization in very diverse environment
  • Certification in FFWD, Design Thinking, Agile, SCRUM, Project Management is preferred
