The role is positioned within the UK and Ireland affiliate (Hammersmith office) with the main purpose of coordinating the operations of the warehouse and logistics in both the B2B and B2C channels. This Includes inventory control, destruction of goods, reporting, returns, rework, audit requirements, Track and Trace process, custom and excise issues.

Your day to day

You will be managing stock in a timely manner and with agility so we can quickly adapt to the ever-changing market/consumer’s needs. You will also be monitoring that documentation of goods accurate, and that materials movement are in accordance with applicable legal requirements and company standards.

You will also be managing the destruction process of controlled goods with the logistic service provider by monitoring and storing all necessary documentation for all control processes.

In this role you will have the opportunity to prepare, manage, and govern initiative budgets and play an active role in monthly cost management and functional budget preparation that will be reported to our leadership for B2B/B2C operations.

By analysing shipment data, you will be preparing accurate and timely shipment reports and budget updates which will be shared to our senior management.

Whilst you will be daily cooperating with TAX, fulfilment and our planning department, this role will require a much wider cross functional collaboration. You will need to build strong, trusting relationships with internal stakeholders such as Digital, Marketing and Finance to identify strategic customer needs that are required to be fulfilled with supply chain business services.

You will also be leading the daily operational relationship with the logistic service providers with a continuous improvement mindset and identify productivity opportunities.

You will ensure that all Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) rules, policies and procedures are in place. You will also cooperate with a Custom Clearance Broker by using clear communication to make sure the flow of goods between the factory and the warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently.

About you

We are looking for someone who has experience in a logistics function and ideally in inventory controls.

You’ll have experience with managing projects, portfolio management with an eye for data.

Partnering with the wider business, you’ll have the ability to negotiate and influence other together with good communication skills
