Are you an experienced commercial manager with a strong background in field sales, trade marketing, and business development? Do you have a deep understanding of the FMCG industry and the skills to drive revenue growth in a dynamic duty-free market? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Customer Development with Philip Morris – Duty Free.

As a Customer Development Lead, you will have the opportunity to have a significant impact on our duty-free portfolio and strategy, and to be part of the amazing journey we are on for the broader PMI business. Providing insightful recommendations on new product introductions or delistings based on market trends and global portfolio priorities, you will play a key role in crafting the future of our business. Accurately predicting product demand and effectively handling stock levels at operator sites will be crucial for successful execution. Additionally, you will develop comprehensive strategies to increase revenue while considering market price sensitivity and cultivate strong partnerships with retail customers to positively influence business decisions. All this, while being part of a dynamic, high-pace global business.

Contributing to the implementation of merchandising and trade marketing strategies. You will develop and implement channel-specific merchandising guidelines, analyse channel performance, and ensure compliance with merchandising. Additionally, you will play a vital role in financial management by providing inputs for local pricing strategies, maintaining accurate P&L reports, and managing budgets. Philip Morris International: Building a Smoke-Free Future

PMI is leading a transformation in the tobacco industry to create a smoke-free future and ultimately replace cigarettes with smoke-free products to the benefit of adults who would otherwise continue to smoke, society, the company, and its shareholders. PMI is a leading international tobacco company engaged in the manufacture and sale of cigarettes, smoke-free products and associated electronic devices and accessories, and other nicotine-containing products. PMI is building a future on a new category of smoke-free products that, while not risk-free, are a much better choice than continuing to smoke. Through multidisciplinary capabilities in product development, state-of-the-art facilities, and scientific substantiation, PMI aims to ensure that its smoke-free products meet adult consumer preferences and rigorous regulatory requirements. PMI’s smoke-free IQOS product portfolio includes heated tobacco, nicotine-containing vapor products, and nicotine pouches. As of the end of December 2023, PMI’s smoke-free portfolio had 33 million users and was available in 84 markets. For more information, see our PMI and PMI Science websites.
