Your role in our Mission:
As a hands-on product leader you'll be given independence in building a vision and strategy for our Reward & Recognition product that follows our platform strategy and creates outstanding value for our clients and users. You will build trust and confidence amongst the teams to execute on the product strategy, and balance your multiple competing priorities in a relentless pursuit of achieving the most user centered and frictionless experiences.

What you'll be doing:

  • Communicate the R&R strategy, plan, trade-offs, and progress regularly.
  • Resolve dependencies critical to success by working with your peers and other teams.
  • Leading an agile team, including backlog grooming, triage, prioritization, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Coach your team members and bring about continuous collective improvement through a desire to be better every day.
  • Defining the scope of development for new features and ongoing improvements.
  • Writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
  • Building and maintaining a balanced backlog, working with lead engineers to prioritize work in alignment with business goals.
  • Working with other Managers to establish a product roadmap in line with the company strategy.
  • Using product data and usage analytics to plan, measure, and improve the product with every iteration.
  • Define appropriate metrics to measure progress against each objective and set clear targets that enable you to measure improvement as you constantly 'strive for better'.

Your experience and expertise:

  • A strong product management background with experience in AI/ML/Data solutions.
  • Experience working in B2B or B2C product tech environments.
  • Experience using business strategy, market insight, user problems, data and stakeholder demand into a detailed product roadmap.
  • Strong user awareness with excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • An ability to define the best measures of success and keeping teams motivated and accountable to meet targets.
  • Ability to evaluate and make recommendations across competing and equally critical business requirements.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence or challenge partners, stakeholders and leaders whilst building and maintaining meaningful relationships.

The interview process:

  • Video interview with the Senior Talent Partner.
  • Final interview with the Product Director or Chief Operating Officer and Director of Engineering.
